On a whim, I filled out a form for an online appraisal of a few antique family heirlooms. I had uploaded photos and waited and within minutes I received a response from Alex with further instructions. After sending the required information and payment (which was incredibly reasonable) I received a detailed appraisal of each piece. Aside from just loving the items and their sentimental value I didn’t really know much about their value or origins other than what I tried to research and what my family said. I am really pleased with the information that Alex provided. In as much as my items are currently not in high demand and I’m not sitting on a gold mine, I’m still really pleased that Alex took the time to give me an idea of their worth and their origin. I was actually more interested in their origin and dates of manufacture (or thereabouts) than the value as I would never part with them. The level of service provided by Alex was stellar.
