Wayne Jones - Educational Consultant

Kate and Wayne Jones were the instructors for the Personality Dimensions course I completed in September 2017. I undertook training in this assessment tool in the hope that it could be applied to assist clients in my management coaching practice. The three-day training was easily one of the best seminars I have ever attended.

Aside from the individual attention and abundant course material what I most appreciated was their intense interest and personal commitment to the subject material. Through exercises and the sharing of personal experiences based on their rich and varied work experiences in education and psychology Wayne and Kate were able to demonstrate the practical uses and relevance of this assessment tool. What was also unique was the way they tailored the training to my particular needs and circumstances. Being able to complete the training in their home was not only extremely convenient but also very welcoming, and their hospitality and kindness made for a very rewarding educational experience.

Coaches, teachers, educators, counsellors, Human Resources professionals, and supervisors would benefit enormously from this training program, and I would have no hesitation in recommending both this course.
