Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC

We had a very positive experience at Budds’ Chevrolet when we recently purchased a 2018 Equinox. Dan, our sales rep, always responded promptly to emails and calls and treated us fairly and honestly throughout our entire purchase. He was knowledgeable and happily answered our many questions! The other staff members we talked to during the purchase process were also helpful and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Budds’!

I didn't buy my Cadillac here so this review is for the service team. The mechanics and the service advisors are great. In all the years of owning cars, and all the many garages I've gone to both dealership and independent, I have never encountered a Service Manager like Shane, who will bend over backwards and hustle like you wouldn't believe to get things done and make your experience a good one! Other dealerships, pay attention Lincoln, could really learn some lessons from this guy.

I purchased this vehicle in late June 2018 from Cameron and have been nothing but pleased.
Cameron is very knowledgeable about the product and was quite helpful during the sales process.

As to follow up service I had purchased a new cell phone last week and given my dinosaur like understanding of technology couldn't pair it up with the vehicle.
A quick call to Cameron to set up an appointment and within minutes he has it all up and running.

Cameron makes you feel important and is an asset to the Budds name.
