Did a great job on repairing my car! Front end damage, got everything redone exactly how it used to be regardless of a few aftermarket pieces being on my 335i bmw. Especially impressed with the paint job, very minimal to none dirt specs/dust in the finish and great overall finish.

My car was recently repaired by Budd's Collision after I had been rear ended. I had the choice to go anywhere for the repairs but am glad that I chose Budd's. From answering my email on a weekend after I was hit, to keeping me informed of the status of the repairs all the way through the process, I knew my car was in good hands. My car was returned looking like it had just left the showroom. I would highly recommend Budd's Collision for all collision repairs.

Update: upgrade from 1 star to 3 star

The good: Pleasant customer service before you drive your car in for repairs, and towards the end of repairs. Quality of work is high (hence I selected the shop), managed to match an unusual colour.

The bad: promised 2-3 days of work for a simple task: bumper replacement on a rather common car. It took a month to finish the work, and 1 month of rental car use. during the month. there were no updates from Budd's except for their technical experts saying that they ordered a wrong bumper.

Verdict: the shop did not handle my case in a timely and competent manner. Not sure if will come back, but if I will, will go directly to Alfie as she is a more professional person there and will be able to help better.
