For being a client (professional driver) outside of the province of Ontario, I am happy to have chosen Burrows Professional Corporation, The Traffic Lawyers & Ticket Defenders to plead my case on careless driving in Ontario Court of Justice. I found the staff of this law firm to be professional and supportive, especially Matt Gallinger (Lawyer) and Tara Michelle Leroy (Paralegal) whom handled my case. Due to their hard work no conviction was registered to my driving record, nor was there any fine for me to pay. I was charged with the offence of unsafe lane change, I spoke with a few traffic lawyers in the Burlington/Oakville area and none seemed as confident with my case as The Traffic Lawyers. Since this was my first offence I had many questions, they were able to answer them all clearly and provided much detail. They kept me updated with all information on my case and replied to all my emails within the hour.
They spoke with me before my trial and were very honest about the expected outcome, which I greatly appreciated.
My agent met me half an hour before trial was to begin and we discussed all the possibilities and I felt very comfortable leaving it in his hands. He made me feel very at-ease and confident I could have my case dismissed or the charge reduced. My agent did all of the work, I was able to sit out of the court room until it commenced. All that was required of me was to state my name, and the agent did the rest; and my charges were dismissed!
