(July 6, 2019, 3:59 am)Special thanks to Paul, the sale manager that work there. He just drove all the way to my house (Richmond Hill) to exchange the wrong parts that I ordered. It could be manufacturer mistake or whatever it is. The rotor was 1/4 smaller. I was stuck in middle of the brake job and all my tools was laying around the driveway. A big thumbs up to Paul! So, I could continue my task after his delivery. That's 5 stars customer service!
