  Had my work truck in for repairs after being hit and all I can say is they did a fantastic job. Service was great and staff was fantastic and helpful. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. A++

  My brand new car was involved in a collision where I needed a new fender and bumper. I did some searching and found carstar oakville east to have the best reviews and so I got it towed to them. From the first conversation I was greeted in the most friendly way and my case was taken on by katelynn the assistant manager. My insurance wanted to use aftermarket parts and katelynn helped me fight to get original oem parts for my 3 month old car. She really made me feel that at least someone had my back going up against my insurance company. She has been super friendly, patient and has kept me in the loop throughout my repairs. Great job Katelynn you are amazing! I highly recommend dealing with the wonderful professionals at carstar.

  I will not go anywhere else, ever! I love Carstar. Their whole staff are incredible over the years that I've been going their. Staff like Neil and Sarah are the most dedicated, trustworthy, knowledgeable people and have never let me down. They have me as a customer forever!

  My accord se was sideswiped and needed two new doors. From the time i called to the time of pickup i found dealing with all of the staff very professional and cordial. They kept me informed throughout the process and the workmanship was exemplary. Great job everyone!
