I want to share our recent and very positive experience using the Century 21 Pace Realty team to sell our home.
From the moment we met with Raymond and Cindy we knew we were in good hands. Joy and I had an immediate connection and comfort level with Raymond and Cindy. We were very pleased about their attention to detail and the fact they were very attentive to our needs throughout the selling process.
They were magnificent in coaching us on what to focus on as we were getting our home ready to sell. Raymond continued to keep us up to date on what was going on in the neighborhood relative to other homes coming on the market and what had sold. He used the right mix of reality based logic and personal expertise in guiding us on our pricing range and strategy. It worked!!! We sold in less than six weeks!!

Raymond Pace and his Team were very professional and courteous to our family through our home selling experience.
