I cannot say enough about how great this clinic. The entire team from front desk to lab technicians to nurses are wonderful. Sarah and Rachel (nurses) are responsive, professional and really genuinely care. Josephine is so kind and draws blood with no pain. The office is clean and safe. Not as busy as other clinics which results in very personal service.

I had a really great experience at CHARM Oakville! I did notice they were disorganized and a bit all over the place but this could have just been a bad day for their staff. I did have to wait 30 additional minutes to get in despite my appointment already being booked. That being said, although I was super nervous for my procedure the doctor and ultrasound tech were so nice and reassuring! The doctor was so fast with everything but not careless nor inexperienced! Would certainly recommend CHARM to anyone!

So far it's been a great experience at the clinic. Everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it might not be the most ideal reason to be there, the team makes you feel comfortable and always informed.

Staff have always been super nice and helpful. Clinic is clean and well run. Services are provided by knowledgeable professionals who are always willing to listen and answer any questions I may have. Often women and couples go to a clinic like this when it’s not the easiest time in their lives, but the friendly staff have always been supportive and wonderful to work with :)

Everybody at Charm is friendly, helpful and kind. The moment you walk in, they know who you are, you life story, why are you there. Looking at the fact how uncomfortable is to get an intrauterine ultrasound, you can’t feel uncomfortable there. Blood work is easy and fast... I have baby veins. They are the best! trust me, is NOT JUST a clinic where you ask for help, is a place where you GET all the SUPPORT you need when you have no more hope.
