What was once a shy little girl and insecure little guy has become children with much more self-confidence and sense of independence. Senpai S does not only focus on physical abilities. He stresses the importance of the mental approach that martial arts teaches us - the self-discipline, courage, perseverance and spirit - it is a way of life. We have seen such a positive change with our kids that I have enrolled in classes as well, and got my black belt recently.We are pushed to work hard, and have never been made to feel ashamed or embarrassed for anything we couldn't do on first try, or second, or third.... His teaching is a rare combination of patience, compassion, and expert-level skill. His breadth of experience allows for a personalized, varied approach to teaching martial arts; he can teach everything from formal patterns to sport fighting to practical self defense techniques. Senpai Slomczewski’s school is a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for student of all ages, whether you aspire to be the next black belt, to improve your physical well-being, or have a need to get into better shape as I have learned about myself.

Senpai Slomczewski has been training with our Sensei since he was 5 years old, and it shows. His dedication to the values, discipline and principles of the martial arts are constant and unwavering. He's a great teacher and has developed the very difficult skill of being able to reach and teach people of all ages.
If you live in the south Oakville area and you are looking for a place that embodies the true spirit of the martial arts, for you or your child(ren), then I would highly recommend getting in contact with Senpai Slomczewski to energize your life!
