I have been using this facility for 7 years now. I have rented a 5x5 locker up to a 10x20 garage. The rates have always been favorable to other storage providers. It is always clean and easy to access. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Secure Self Storage for anyone's storage needs.

Very clean and secure area with many flexible sized storage lots and the best deal in all of Ontario. As of September 2019, rent for 4-weeks get an additional 4-weeks free. Rent for 8-weeks get an additional 8-weeks free. And their 4-week rental price is cheaper then all of the self-storage facilities.

Was here helping a friend move. Lockers seemed in decent condition. Plenty of room to maneuver a vehicle and/or a trailer to the different lockers.

Good experience- the staff respond quickly and the property/storage units are well kept. My only complaint is the monthly fees seemed to creep up higher with no warning and at no particular schedule. I did question that a few times and was told fees can increase at any time. It would be better if customers were given advance notice rather than just see it on their bill.
