I contacted them as my Automatic Door broke. Spoke to Dimitry and he came over to assess how to fix it. Service was prompt and helpful. Within a week, he adjusted the door so that it works like a dream. It slides open with ease. Very grateful to Dimitry for all his help in fixing this for me.
