(September 14, 2022, 6:23 pm)Like any company, you have your good and bad people. Gauge for yourself who those people are. Remember to follow the drama and you will usually discover the problem.
Unfortunately drama follows those with self aspirating goals. If you lack proper skills, putting down others to pick yourself up is a given. You will eventually be used as a stepping stone for that behavior here.
Average experience here is watching new hires and favorites mess up basic setups, leaving a large mess, and claiming the other shift did it. Having to fix everything yourself and then be told you are bad because slow. Wonder why it's slow, huh?
