We tried a paint at home kit during lockdown and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The website made it easy to select the pieces and choose paint colours. The kits were available very quickly and packaged very nicely with all the tools necessary for a great home painting experience. Ashley provided the most exceptional customer service and the pieces look amazing. Will definitely do it again and 100% recommend this business.

Something very special happens when a gift is handmade! This is the 2nd Christmas I was lucky enough to receive a Crackpot personalized tree ornament. Last year were adorable mittens and sox as place markers on thé Christmas table, each one had a guests name beautifully hand written on it. When I hung ours on my tree this year I was instantly swept back to that warm happy gathering. Glorious! This year we unexpectedly received an elegant ornament with our new granddaughters name and birth! Thanks to Wilma and her Crackpot team - these are timeless and so well done - will be treasured for years to come. Handmade is the best :)

I came here with my girlfriend for her birthday and we had a great experience here together. I didn't know how enjoyable this was going to be until we tried it out! They had a wide selection of pre made pottery designs for you to paint and lots of color options for painting the piece the way you would like it. Had a blast, would highley recommend this to anyone of all ages who has an artistic side in themselves they would like to explore. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a great gelato restaurant recommendation.
