They reassured me that the service I received is not typical of their technicians and the issue has been remedied. I have updated my review to 4 stars as the service in responding to my complaint was appreciated.

While the customer service in terms of responding to our call and dispatching someone to our home was great, I am sorry to say I would not recommend this company if you have a plumbing issue.

We had a clogged drain and had tried all the conventional ways of fixing it (draino, plunging and a manual cable auger). We called Drain Rescue because we didn't know what else to do. They charged us a $45 fee just to come provide a quote (many other companies, I learned after the fact, do not charge a fee at all). Without even spending time looking at the pipes themselves, they then told us they recommended a drain flush, which would cost $1250! Thankfully, we did not pursue this as it seemed outrageous.

We later learned that most companies can use a cable auger (with a machine) and have the problem cleared - they also said they never recommend a drain flush unless its absolutely necessary. The cost for this is around $250-300 depending on the drain. We did this with another company and the issue was solved - drain fixed!

I do not recommend this company. Save your money!

Replaced my whole sewer system. Roman the service technician was very professional. The crew led by Olie and his assistant Zack were very responsible and quality oriented. I was very happy with the quality of their work.

Friday night 15-Nov-2019, I had a broken sewer pipe on my property resulting in my basement being flooded. The crew was efficient, gracious and professional. Kudos to all involved, you know who you are. I will recommend this company for sure. Infinite heaps of thankfulness !

I called Hamilton location and they sent out an estimator Wayne, who quickly evaluated my kitchen sink & plugged plumbing issues including bad odour. I purchased a whole jet pressure wash procedure where few days later 2 Ukrainian guys came in and pressure washed my entire plumbing from kitchen on 1st level into the basement drain, and then out of the basement piping out to the street. Even they inserted a fish camera that went inside the outgoing piping about 100ft all the way to the street to show me results, and the pipes were super clean. I'm glad I dealt with this company because they are super fast with their service, no extra costs were charged and they showed up in a professional massive truck with tremendous amount of machines, piping cameras, drains, pressure washing hoses..etc 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!
