I am a regular customer but just had my first haircut since First Stop reopened. The Covid-19 protocols that have been put in place are the most extensive I have experienced and gave me confidence that everything is being done to keep people safe. The $5 surcharge is barely adequate to cover the extra costs to the business that have been put in place. Complaining about the surcharge, especially in light of the financial challenges many businesses are experiencing, is a slap in the face to an owner who doing everything right. Well done First Stop!
