(February 10, 2015, 2:04 pm)Rob Russell and the team at Alert Restoration provide outstanding service. We have used them twice. Once for the repair of a skylight that was leaking combined with removing the mold caused by the leak and re-shingling the roof. After being very satisfied with the results of that job we called them back for a bathroom renovation. Rob is honest, thorough, and professional, pays attention to client needs, and is very skilled. I thought that I was picky and to be honest I think that he is 10x more than I am! I honestly could not find one thing that I wish had been done differently. You can be assured that they will not cut corners. I felt comfortable having them in my home.
