(November 23, 2018, 4:14 pm)Aga was extremely helpful when we had to fly to Europe unexpectedly for a death in the family. She managed to find reduced rate flights for us although most were already fully booked when we checked ourselves and even got us extra roomy seats for the return flight. She also arranged car rental and hotel for us, both of which were totally satisfactory. During the process she kept in close touch with us to be sure everything went well. Even after our return when we noticed a mistake in the billing for the rental car, she cleared it up quickly. I would highly recommend her services.

She has booked for us numerous vacations- large family vacations to the Caribbean, Disney Cruise and Europe tour.
She made incredible suggestions, found the best deals & tours, and ensured all went smoothly.
My parents also used her for their Europe trip and had a mix up with the car rental ( no fault of Aga) but Aga dealt with it for them and made sure all was smooth for my parents. She really is wonderful.

We received incredible suggestions, amazing personalized service and we were always presented with fantastic advice regarding options and sales. Aga worked on every detail (large and small) to ensure the trip was perfect. She followed up with tour operators, flights and communicated with us during the trip to make sure everything met or exceeded our expectations.
