Basically very limited services available for general public, only drop off available outside of the office.
Lots of construction around the muncipility building. -

I called 311 and a nice guy directed me to 1151 Bronte, including the best lot to park in. I was in and out in minutes with 2 new boxes from the nice lady at the counter! I wish everything was that easy! lol!?...
