Pet Food Direct

My mother went into this last week, and was amazed by the customer service. When she got home, she couldn't stop talking about how helpful the staff member Micheal was. He was very helpful in helping her find the best pet food for our new rescue dog. Other pet stores have just pointed at a bag of dog food, whereas Micheal had actually explained the best dog food according to the nutrition and ingredients within each bag. This store is one of the best and we will one hundred percent shop here again with the excellent customer service! Thank you again Micheal!

Thank you for taking the time with Blossom [11 month old "Potcake" rescue] and I at your lovely new shop. You sent us home with 4 packages of kibble. We did an experiment with her, filling half of her dish with the new food and half with the old. This morning she made her choice very obvious to us! Please note the attached photo. We will be coming in to purchase her new food later today. Thanks again for helping us choose the best food for our dog. My favourite pet store, I will only be shopping here from now on! The customer service is great and Michael is very knowledgeable and helpful. They sell great freeze-dried products and dog food brands that I love. As well as great cat and bird food I use for my other animals. Highly recommend checking this place out ! 10/10

As a new pet owner, the staff of this establishment were immensely helpful in providing me with dietary information for my dog! Lots of variety in types of food, not only for dogs but cats too. Also picked up some toys that I think my pup will like. I will definitely be coming back. Five stars.

Probably the nicest and most bright people I have ever dealt with. Came in to get my dog groomed, they treated him like it was there very own. I truly recommend this place to everyone with a dog or a cat.
