Staples Studio Oakville Coworking Space

Where to begin!! My experience with Staples Oakville location started out with my interaction with the store manager. Later in the year (September) I came in contact with the director of the studios, unexpectedly. One of my greatest experience in both instances. I used the ‘Spotlight’ room and it was awesome. Private, quiet, clean, beautiful setting; and accessible staff. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended. This space helped in our charity campaign. The accommodating and receptive attitude of the director has facilitated us bringing joy to some families in need. THANK YOU Staples Studios! Definitely a go to for my future events of this nature.

Beautiful design, neat private and shared spaces, little rooms for private phone calls, window desks available for a premium, very supportive manager on site, delicious free coffee with non-dairy and dairy milk/mylk. Bright and welcoming space. I would 💯 return again next time I need to be in Oakville. Also helpfully connected when you need office supplies. Check out the movie room/presentation space. Gorgeous layout!

Our team was here for a full day strategy session, and we used the Spotlight space (big auditorium-type room).

It had all the technology, screens, wiring and sound dampening needed to facilitate our meeting. The location was very clean and had a nice modern touch to it.

The wide selection of coffee and tea included were a nice touch as well.

We will definitely return for another strategy session here.

Applause to the team at Studio Oakville!! What would have been a lost opportunity, the Manager Alex and Kapil came to the rescue following a computer that would not start and a newly bought monitor that would not show my PowerPoint . Within 15 minutes they had me set up in a studio room with my PowerPoint presentation ready for my meeting that was scheduled within minutes . Relieved that I had help. I can't say more about these folks. Their dedication and commitment to customer service shined ! I also want to mention Devin and Asif who on numerous occasions were gracious enough to provide technical assistance. Thank you to the team !!

Booked a 10 day pass here preparing for an exam and it was the perfect setting for studying. 24/7 access, friendly staff, clean workspace and it wasn't too busy at all. Never really saw more than six people here at once. Hidden gem for working and studying during covid!!!
