Tracy set us up with a personal portal with what we were looking for in a house to find us our perfect home. She is full of knowledge, advice and experience. When it came to putting an offer in on a home, she researched and understood what was in our best interest.

The next step in selling our home, she again did a lot of the research on comparable housing and really understood the market and what we were up against. She made us comfortable and let us know what we should expect. She staged our home, picked out the perfect photographer and sold our house in 4 days on a long weekend! We were away on holidays and she took care of everything for us!

I once considered using Purple Bricks or Comfree because I thought it would be simple and save us money. The knowledge that I have gained from Tracy has made this entire experience worth it.
