Healthy Planet Oakville (403 & Dundas)

I shop here quite often when I'm in town, and have never had a problem with the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The reviewer who complained about their return policy knowing "several" reasons as to why they don't do returns clearly doesn't get it. This is a policy put in place so that there is no outbreak or contamination, it doesn't matter if you call yourself reasonable. If the employer told you 3 times that it's against their policy then you should respect that. I for one, as a customer, appreciate the fact you can't return an opened product during this pandemic, I am not one to leave reviews about other's, but this has to be said. Marina L also leaves negative reviews on other businesses that don't make her happy during Covid-19. Childish at best.

Keep up the good work and please thank your employee who dealt with this gem. She did the right thing, and stuck to your store's policy. Clearly she values a healthy environment for all patrons.

Love shopping at this store. Store has everything, fresh produce, bulk nuts, dairy alternatives, organic personal care products, supplements, etc. Always tidy and clean. Employees are always very helpful and very friendly, not so much at other locations.
