Definitely the best Henry's experience I've had. The staff (I met Rick and Neha) were extremely helpful and patient when I came in to develop nine disposable cameras. Rick even gifted me with my very own film camera and taught me how to load the film, what film to choose and everything! Will 100% be my go-to Henry's location. Thank you!!!

Great customer service, I went in to return a universal charger that didn’t work with my cameras battery. They were very helpful and easy going with the whole thing. They recommended i check the battery of the camera because the charger worked fine at the store but allowed me to go through with the refund either way.

I was looking for a new camera to replace my 14 year old camera, which works fine but is very heavy. Very quickly I was provided with a new, lighter, better camera body that I could use with my current zoom lens that I have on my old camera. That save me considerable money. I was very pleased with the service I got.

Went during the snow storm. There were two employees working and keeping busy which was nice to see them getting work done and engaged. Upon my entrance, they both stopped what they were doing to welcome me and were able to get me what I was looking for without any hesitation and able to answer my question about the item confidently. Great service and excellent work engagement.
