Went for a sale in one of the conference rooms and was struck by how clean and bright the place was. I've been living in Oakville for 30 years and have never been in the hotel, but figured I'd leave a review as I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and how well maintained the place was. Can't speak for the rooms, but I can't imagine they'd be much different. Also great for anyone commuting on the GO train as it's steps from the Oakville station.
We booked a room for our way back home from Niagara. It turned out to be a great choice. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept very well.
An incident happened, but it was graciously solved by the manager. Just after we took the room, the kids rushed to open the TV and my 7 years old son who does not speaks English payed for a On demand movie. I figured out like 30 minutes after and I called the reception to ask them to cancel the transaction which they did. It was 28$ for that. Then I noticed what happened. While you start the TV, the first option is On demand. The kids went through that and chose a movie they liked.
If you have kids, pay attention not to do the same mistake. Gladly the manager understood my concern and acted courteously.
Great hotel, great front desk staff. The girl really helped us out even though we didn't book anything prior plus it was a busy night with the blue Jay games, concert and basketball game. The rooms were nice and remodeled and loads of food around the area.I will for sure come back when I am heading to Toronto.
The hotel was clean and the bed was neatly arranged. I think it is the best hotel that I went on this trip. The bathroom was wider than I expected and the shower room was separated by a glass partition, making it easier to shower. What's missing is that the window in the shower is not fully closed and it keeps opening gradually. I think it is a good hotel except this one. I recommend you to stay at this hotel when you stop around here.
This was a very interesting setup for a hotel. Not use to seeing it. Room balconies are inside...pool area where it is. Just everything in general. Very nicely done tho. Rooms were nice and clean, showers are great, beds are cozy and all you can eat breakfast was good. Overall a really nice hotel and well worth checking out if staying the night in this area. No complaints here at all. Staff was also very friendly. Highly recommended.
