He just doesn’t give up till the problem is solved. For the most part he has fixed my IT issues remotely. When he has come over, he has always been reliable and on time. As a senior, I do not understand too much about computers and David is very patient as he explains the problem to me and what he is going to do to fix it. I have complete faith in his skills and his billing. I recommend David very highly as he is very professional and trustworthy
