Just want to share my wonderful experience with DOT in Oakville. I delt with Robyn ( sales associate) and store manager Sarah. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I initially bought a 9ft market umbrella and quickly decided to upgrade to a 10ft. Robyn initiated a full return and ordered the new one. Sarah called 4 days later to let me know the store had received it. Extremely happy with the end result.

What fantastic service I received at the DOT Oakville location today! They went out of their way to accommodate me. I called and within 10 minutes they had my order ready! I have purchased outdoor furniture from this store in the past and the quality is excellent. Thanks so much!!
