KFC

Food is just regular KFC but I am giving a 5 star for the service I got today.

I went in to pick up a couple orders of the mighty bucket. When I got home, I noticed I have only received one. So I call back and the lady immediately apologized and arranged for the missing order to be delivered to my place for free. When I got the delivery, they even included a couple slices of cheesecakes!

I mean, mistakes happen and no one can be perfect. But most importantly is how the staff deal with it after it happened can totally change how the customer feels. From now on, when I have that sudden crave for kfc, this is definitely the store I would order from.

The staff are friendly but I wish they can go faster as other KFCs

Brand new location in oakville. Have ordered delivery from here and everything was great. Came in to eat and service was also good and all my food was hot and tasted fresh. Since it's new, the furniture all looks great and clean. Hopefully they keep this quality up as they enter the first full year here in town.
