Very pleased with the help and service we got from Rose Kaur. We never felt rushed, but they were there with helpful advice and suggestions. We especially appreciated being able to take home a wide variety of samples to help make our decision. She was very communicative and helped us get a great price and product and guided us on what we would need to complete the job properly. We love how the floors turned out once installed. The delivery service of the engineered hardwood was very quick. Returns were also very easy!

I needed laminate flooring for my office/library. I found the flooring I wanted at Hardwood Design Centre in Oakville - right color, good price, good quality, good service. Rose was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was delayed as the installer couldn't come Thursday as he became ill. Rose expeditiously rescheduled for Saturday but the installer no showed. A call to Rose again and she magically got someone to come Sunday. The installer came on time and did a flawless installation.
