Great clothing and accessories but the store is on the small size and the pricing did not transfer well into the market given the 30% bump up due to currency difference. Quality clothing, backpacks and comfy socks - price could be an issue with other available products in this market.

Had a great experience today. Came to look and try on the iconic bean boots during the labour day 25% off sale. I was helped by Fernando who was patient and shared useful information about sizes (needed a half size down). Not sure what's going on with the other reviews, but customer service was top notch. My wife wished they had housewares, but there's always online for that.

Our family has been visiting LL bean for many years, glad to finally see it in Canada! It's not as big as the American stores, but still has nice selection. Prices could be better, but that just seems how Canadian retail is these days. It's a new store so it's a work in progress, but overall fairly happy with it so far!

We've been L.L. Bean customers since '95. Today we enjoyed the opening in Oakville with a wonderfully prepared BBQ and received a 20% discount on all our shopping. Really nice, thank you! I understood they will increase their product offering coming months and indeed do hope they work on the US-CAN price differences. Good start & work in progress I assume to continuously improve our shopping experience!
