Glenn is the ABSOLUTE best realtor I have ever met and the most patient and honest. He spent two years looking for a place with me that fit all my needs. He encouraged me to stick with fair market prices even when I wanted to overbid for the place I finally got. It was a competitive market and very stressful at times but Glenn was always on hand and positive. He would be honest with whether a price was overpriced or reallistic. He genuinely cares about his clients and that they find a home and not just a house. Glenn also helped my elderly father find a lovely place and negotiated it to a great price of almost 40,000 off. He even sent my dad ideas for furniture stores to help him. Glenn earns every bit of his commission. I will keep referring him. He also sold my previous house in Burlington in one day for full asking price. You will not regret going with Glenn. And if you call him or leave a message, he gets back in touch easily in under an about always. This is the best realtor ever. I will always use Glenn for real estate. As far as I am concerned, he can never retire as I need him!
