  My son Jacob and I have worked with Massive Tanks Studios for many years. Ryan is a highly intelligent and capable studio owner, not to mention a great teacher and pleasure to work with. Ryan’s interest in Community Living Oakville sets him high in my view as a very caring and decent man!!!

  Our 'not our day job' band has worked with Ryan for over 5 years. His coaching skills are excellent, and his passion for the work shows up in his tireless dedication, his deep knowledge and musical talent...not to mention that great sense of humour of his. Ryan reaches beyond the day-to-day, helping others 'off the clock' to help them pursue their musical aspirations, or to support a charitable cause. The way he conducts his business is great for the community.

  Ryan Switzer is an enormously talented music teacher who is able to relate to both young kids as well as adult students. Moreover, his recording and music skills are excellent. You will receive a very polished and professional product. I highly recommend Massive Tanks studios.

  I had the pleasure of taking guitar lessons with Ryan for about 7 years (2006-2013). I had had a bad experience with a prior teacher and had pretty much given up on guitar as a pursuit. Ryan immediately made me feel comfortable, taught me to play things I wanted to learn, and had me excited to go back in for another lesson. 12 years later I'm still playing, and over the course of my musical career have not met a more complete musician. The quality of the teaching is superb (Ryan's technical ability and theoretical knowledge are unparalleled), and Ryan is the type of guy who will go to whatever length to ensure a happy client. On top of that, he's an undeniably awesome dude - I like to say I went in looking for a guitar teacher ended up with one of my closest friends. Whether you want recording services or music lessons, I have in the past, and continue to, give Massive Tank my utmost recommendation.

  I have personally had two albums recorded from this studio and each time I ended up with something better than I could have imagined. Ryan Switzer is not only one of the best human beings but he is able to completely capture your ideas, emotions, desires for each song and create something you’ll love. Definitely worth the time, effort and money.
