I bought the wrong item for my sister in law. The customer service was out of this world! Not only did the correct item show up the next day. They arranged to have my return picked up from my house! No need to go into a store to return it. Which I loved as we are dealing with covid! Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

received 3 tier storage organizer from Costco as gift. Opened box found that screws were missing. Contacted Customer Service number and they emailed me within hours and asked for my address to ship missing parts ASAP for free! What great customer service! Thanks PATTY!

Fantastic customer service and wonderful product!

I had a slight issue with the washers/spacers at each screw joint on the Triple Sorter and contacted neatfreak through the website and couldn't be more pleased with the customer service provided. I sent a few pictures of the problem and within a day I was contacted and notified replacements were on the way. More companies should be this accommodating when dealing with product support.
