Oakville Health Centre Clinic

The staff here is so incredibly kind and caring. A really great walk in experience. I needed stitches and they were full and closing but took me in anyways, I couldn’t thank them enough. Great people and great care.

Great Clinic! Prompt and professional. I was visiting Oakville from out of Province and needed medical attention. The physician took me under his wings and saw me through the process. Very prompt and thorough. Good communication both in the office and on the phone in followup.

I've read the thread of reviews and am horrified. As a patient of a doctor in the building i had a visit in May to have the staples removed (19) from my neck surgery which included plates and screws that IKEA would be proud of.
I would have gone to my doctors but their offices were being renovated as part of the building reno so there were patients from other doctors with the same situation in the line up for the walk in.

At the walk In, i was met with a line up; so i waited and I'm glad - I had the most kind, patient and supportive experience from the staff. What made me upset was they do not receive the same treatment from those who they are trying to help.
I was told in all honesty - "It is going to be an hour at least, are you ok for that? We will hold your spot if you want to return"
I took my book, sat in the lobby, watched over and over how rude people were to the front line staff and when I was called, made sure to thank each person at the desk - I don't know how you do it, but I'm so grateful you do. Signed, eyes opened and grateful.

Great nurses and doctors... wife received 6 stiches... can't ask for better and fast service

This has been part of our family doctors practice for a number of years and all I can say is that no matter when any member of my family visits the clinic they are more than helpful, attentive and kind. We have had medical issues from life threatening to every day coughs and colds which all received the same level of excellent attention. I think the previous reviews reflect an attitude that was presented to the staff at check in. Remember they do this job 7 days a week and deal with all kinds of medical and non medical issues. I think they do a grand job under very trying circumstances. Do not hesitate to visit.
