Pioneer Family Pools & Spas

We purchased our pool from Pioneer over 20 years ago, and since we're pleased with the pool and service over the years we returned to purchase a hot tub. Michael was a patient resource as we roamed the store sitting in dry tubs, and then testing them out in our bathing suits. We are happy with our Hot Spot SX--perfect for the two of us. The installation went well thanks to Jay and Mark, it was easy to start up and use, Michael trained us on the chemical use and cleaning, and we've enjoyed it every night since. Love the cover lifter!

I went to Pioneer Pools to complete our backyard with a new dining table. Met with Ali who was awesome! We have been looking for over two years and it turns out what we wanted was not only in stock but on sale! I will update if anything changes but we have a delivery date with assembly planned for two weeks when the pool opens!

We had a great experience with Pioneer pools. We requested a hot tub install in time for the holidays and they came through. Micheal R. was very responsive and looked after us! We are enjoying the hot tub and would recommend Pioneer for full service.
