(October 5, 2019, 4:35 pm)Amazing Staff! Such a great sense of community, I always feel very welcome and cared about when I am there. I go every week to the Candlelit Deep Flow Hot Yoga, it is life changing! Every instructor is unique and wonderful in their own way, I would recommend to everyone!
(September 14, 2019, 3:33 pm)Amazing studio! The staff is wonderful. I went for the slower deep flow hot yoga, as I'm not too experienced and dealing with pain following a car accident. After the session, my body felt different, amazingly different. Not to exaggerate, but I think a subtle life changing moment happened. The atmosphere and intent of the staff make it a wonderful place for healing.
Highly recommend!
I second the other reviewer, more deep flow classes please!

(March 4, 2019, 5:39 pm)Very friendly cheerful staff. This type of yoga is very specific and not for everyone. Great if you want a cardio intense type of yoga and if you've got some experience under your belt (they don't focus on alignment as much as other studios I've been to- they more so cue the pose). I personally only do the slow flows and that is more than enough for me. I wish they offered more of those types of classes and focus more on alignment and stretching. Nice hot room temp and love the cold towels at the end of class.
