Amazing Staff! Such a great sense of community, I always feel very welcome and cared about when I am there. I go every week to the Candlelit Deep Flow Hot Yoga, it is life changing! Every instructor is unique and wonderful in their own way, I would recommend to everyone!

Amazing studio! The staff is wonderful. I went for the slower deep flow hot yoga, as I'm not too experienced and dealing with pain following a car accident. After the session, my body felt different, amazingly different. Not to exaggerate, but I think a subtle life changing moment happened. The atmosphere and intent of the staff make it a wonderful place for healing.

My happy place! Sometimes you just need some hot yoga to sweat it out.

Very friendly cheerful staff. This type of yoga is very specific and not for everyone. Great if you want a cardio intense type of yoga and if you've got some experience under your belt (they don't focus on alignment as much as other studios I've been to- they more so cue the pose). I personally only do the slow flows and that is more than enough for me. I wish they offered more of those types of classes and focus more on alignment and stretching. Nice hot room temp and love the cold towels at the end of class.
