(January 7, 2024, 11:42 pm)This place is run by crooks and thugs. My son's car (he is only 23) was towed here after he had an accident in Mississauga. After the insurance company told him he had to sign a release form so the insurance company could take it to their body shop, my son went to Royal Windsor to sign a release form. After driving 40 minutes, a rude female employee told him they wouldn't do anything without an appointment. When my son (who was still stressed from seeing his brand new car demolished) asked why he couldn't just sign it then and there, ANOTHER MALE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO INSTIGATE A FIGHT WITH HIM, telling him to step outside! What kind of lowlife employee tries to start a fight with a customer?!? After making an appointment to sign a release form a few days later, ROYAL WINDSOR COLLISION HELD ON TO THE CAR FOR OVER ONE MONTH before they released it. The insurance company said this happens often, as places like this hold on to the car to make as much on storage fees as possible. Be warned - avoid this place like the plague!!

(April 5, 2019, 1:24 pm)I was assisted by Ian B and his team mate on 03.27.2019 at my accident site on Mississauga Road. They are very nice by Heart and Supportive All the way to remove tensions of my mind after my car was taken for write off.
Once in office after collision I got to meet Michelle who gave personal attention to us, our car and confused minds about procedures and suggested best way to follow them for our benefit.
They are too good!!
(January 14, 2019, 9:11 pm)Rich was an amazing help when my girlfriend and I got into an accident, towed our car and drove both of us home. The next day realized i had forgotten my passport in the car, this was on the weekend when they are closed, called Rich freaking out as i had a couple of hours to catch my flight he went out of his way to get my passport and drop it off for me overall great service!
(December 30, 2018, 9:41 am)Ian AKA bigs, was an amazing tow truck man, helped with anything and everything needed after our accident and drove both my friend and i back to our homes, even myself being in Hamilton. Highly recommend, service was excellent!

From the time I dropped my car off until i picked it up after it was repaired, the service I received was first class. And the topper was that the repair job on my car was beautiful.
