A particular shout out to Donna, Tyler and (former employee Jessica) who helped me though a difficult time dealing with my Aunt's estate ....and I do not even hold any personal accounts with Scotiabank - but my late Aunt did (at a Toronto location). They are kind and compassionate human beings - a rarity these days. Do business with this branch.... it is like a step back in time with people who genuinely CARE! (E.Wood- Oakville Resident)
