(November 12, 2019, 10:07 pm)I went to the Service On. office on Pacific Rd. in Oakville to transfer a vehicle from my deceased wife's name to mine and had all the necessary papers on hand to complete
the transaction. The young man I dealt with was courtious, efficient and knew what was required to complete the transaction. A pleasant experience.
(June 15, 2019, 4:02 pm)Came I to renew my sticker. No one in line. Man at the counter finishing up about ten seconds after I arrived. My turn. Gave my plate number, mileage, paid the fees, got my receipt. Total time: less than a two minutes. Best experience renewing my sticker, bar none.
(November 6, 2017, 3:46 pm)I was literally in and out in under 5 minutes. There were two excellent staff behind the counter. The woman who assisted me made things very easy for me. She was friendly and professional. The office is easy to find and there is lots of parking. I highly recommend this location, even if it's not the closest.
