I had the unfortunate sleep deprivation that led me to contact and work with Steph, and Ashley - our sleep coach. I cannot put into words the transformation that occurred after that fateful "night one". It has been about a year I believe, since I went through this program and my little guy still sleeps like a champ. We went from no sleep unless it was a co-sleeping situation to just last night our son climbing INTO his crib to "go night night".
I am without the words I would need to express my love for these women and my joy for having found and gone through this program. The transformation in my son's and therefore my sleep is un-measurable. If you are struggling to get your baby to sleep, if you think that MAYBE this program might help you I encourage you to take this leap. The extensive knowledge, help guided by science and a middle ground approach from the various techniques out there, Steph follows your family preferences and your baby's temperament, I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Steph and the team. Sleep life savers! We used their advice at 6m transitioning to her own room and again weaning night feeds at 10m, transitioning to one nap when starting daycare, and the various hiccups and resets along the way. Steph gave us the knowledge to be confident in our decisions, and to be confident enough to be consistent. Very gentle approach to helping our baby be an independent and good sleeper. Thanks guys !!!! My husband and I saved hundred of hours of sleep per year, worth investing to make sure we were all getting the most sleep possible, and regain sanity.
