Space Optical Oakville

I had never been to this store before, but dropped in to get my glasses frame repaired. I was met with extremely warm and kind service, and my frame was fixed in no time - great place!

What a great customer experience last Thursday, Denise was lovely, warm & friendly....provided service in a thorough & efficient manner, but never made you feel rushed....I wasn't buying glasses this time, just a small repair, but when I do need to upgrade or replace I know where I'll be going :-)

TLDR: Amazing customer service. You will not regret shopping for glasses here. I will not be looking anywhere else for my future optical needs. 10/10 recommendation.

I never write reviews, but Space Optical's customer service impressed me so much that I had to give them a shout out.

I work as a first responder and had ordered a pair of prescription safety glasses from them. Unfortunately, the store had to shut down due to COVID-19 before the glasses were shipped to the store.

I have been working at the frontlines during the pandemic and wanted my safety glasses in order to keep myself safe. I emailed Space Optical inquiring about letting me have my glasses while maintaining the physical distancing by-laws.

Not only the lovely people at the store worked with me, they went out of their way in order to accommodate me. One of the employees had the glasses shipped to their house so that they could receive the order. Additionally, they opened the store during a weekend and drove down from their house JUST to give me my glasses.

I cannot thank the staff at Space Optical enough for going above and beyond in order to keep me safe.

Walked in to have a pair of sunglasses repaired (minor bend). They fixed them on the spot for no charge. Nice gesture. Please don’t go in expecting free repairs though - just wanted to share a good experience.

Amazing glasses store！！The storekeeper is a nice person，she takes glasses very seriously！
