The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro

Great burgers, amazing selection. I was overwhelmed by the variety of items that could possibly go on a burger. My son is on Keto and they were able to accommodate it by lettuce wrapping the burger. Server was fast and friendly.

My experience that night was pleasant. Felt sorry for our waitress as she had a very robust table. Her service with us was friendly, got anything we needed promptly or explained they were short staff and might be a bit behind. We were thankful she was honest, not that we were in any rush at all. We found out the beechwood havarti was not a cheese but a sauce. A friend of mine can't eat mayo sauces and they replaced the burger at no charge and apologized for it not being stated

Always good food and a great atmosphere! Have been here on many occasions for dinner, birthdays, and even rented the party room for a larger function. I always feel well taken care of and that the food is made well and made quickly.

We always enjoy our visits to the Works. Despite the construction, it was still worth the trip downtown Oakville to eat here. The food is tasty, and decently priced. Our server Gina was very sweet, and made an effort to have a conversation with us as well as take our order. Service like hers ensures that we continue to visit and recommend this establishment!

Amazing food, me and my boyfriend love or loved going there, unfortunately the service is mediocre at best. Our waiter barely said a word and when she did she was way to quiet to hear. She spent most of her time talking with her co-workers, never came around to refill our drinks and we waited forever to finally get our check. Not to mention it was freezing in the restaurant. Best way to out it; the workers all look miserable and act it to. Unfortunate because the food is so good.
