(March 18, 2019, 11:53 am)We sold our home in three days, above listing in a very challenging market. We couldn’t have achieved this without Lorne Howell. His attention to detail is unbelievable; from staging, the photography, the video and even meeting all prospective buyers. Just before we listed, Oakville had a wind storm which brought down three trees on the property, despite my best attempts we couldn’t get a tree company to respond but Lorne miraculously had someone at our property within hours. The time that he dedicated to this sale was incredible - we felt like we could contact him at any time to ask questions and brain storm. Right from the very beginning, when we were vetting agents in the area, the Invidiata team provided us with the most useful information and thoughtful analysis about the current market. The entire experience was professional and thankfully quick! Thank you Lorne for all your advise and expertise.

We met Lorne a couple of years before we engaged him to sell our place. He took the time to get to know us, our priorities and objectives and then patiently kept us updated during this period. Once we were ready to proceed he was proactive with his advice and his attention to detail was exceptional. He is a good listener, prepared to share his advice but recognizes that the final decision is the client's. He was active and fully engaged in the process with an objective to have a sale within a week. He over delivered on all counts!
I highly recommend Lorne and want to thank him for everything he did for us.

They provided timely, efficient, first class real estate service. 2 properties were sold over asking and one purchased at asking price.
