Unique has been great. We love their retro stove and refrigerator in our off grid cabin. They were super helpful with a stove door that had been damaged in shipping and sent a new one at no cost.

Super cute vintage style appliances and awesome customer service. I bought mine through Home Depot but reached out to Unique when I needed technical help. Service was prompt, thorough and cheerful and had me back up and running within minutes. A huge shout out to Tim at Unique's help desk for his patience and kindness.
