Chatime

Finally some decent bubble tea in Oakville. Chatime is a solid franchise with signatures like their roasted milk tea, but their fresh fruit tea selection leaves much to be desired. Bake code products and their new sales of salted egg yolk chips are a delicious addition. Try the boba cake for a fun dessert.

The inside is the only reason it's a 4 and not a 5. The bubble tea was unique, I tasted the little bits of blended taro which told me that it wasn't only fresh but it didn't come from powder form in a bag. It was costly though, 2 taro milk teas with tapiaco pearls came to $15.25 which is not much but for 2 drinks is a little over priced. The inside was horrendous. The main door wasn't the main door and the people working there were screaming at us. Everyone was confused and it was really stressful when they take your order. If the experience of getting the tea was great it would have been a 5 star hands down.

Although the drink I got was amazing and delicious. I was looking for other drinks from their website that they didn't have. I just feel like they should have everything from the menu. I could understand if they can't make a custom order. Regardless good place to get bubble tea.

I got served by a bright girl named Leah today, she told me it was her first day. Customer service was amazing! Will definitely return.

Really good drinks here even compared to some other chatime stores! I've tried quite a few items on the menu including the moon cakes when they had them and everything was fresh and delicious. There is sometimes a wait for your drink with the one person in store limit they have but its never unreasonably long. Looking forward to when they open up dine-in because the interior is brand new and really good looking!
