Constable Luke Wathen was amazing. he helped us through a situation we had at our location. he was very polite and friendly. and he responded to any emails or calls left to him in a timely manner. i really appreciate the help from him. keep up the great work!!

Service at the vehicle collision reporting centre truely five star high. The whole procedure did not even take 15 minutes. there is designated parking for the vehicle collusion reporting centre at the visitors cat park. There is no line to wait. Even if there is one the guidelines are provided to minimise the time for reporting. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The centre is located near Dundas and Trafalgar. It is a convenient location.

Less speed traps - more community interactions. That's my feedback. Otherwise my encounters have been reasonable polite and pleasent.

There’s a lot . And I Mean a lot of great men and women who work at HRPS, they are the most fair and honest officers I’ve ever delt with.

Nice building and location. Front desk is generally nice. Would like to see less police time spent posted up waiting to hand out speeding tickets and more time interacting positively with the community. Just my feedback.
