Excellent collection and very good service. Helpful associates.
Clothing sizes run very small for women. More suited to little girls
My main issue with this store and why I can’t give a better rating (even though I do love the store and clothing) is the fitting rooms. Sorry, but under no circumstances do I want people to see me trying things on especially before I even have a chance to see for myself what they look like. Especially when at outfit is see through, revealing, etc. Once I learned there was a large mirror on the inside of the handicap fitting room, I requested to use it provided that no one else needed it at that time and if they did need it while I was using it - I would promptly get out. Most of the employees were fine with this and were accommodating to allow me this as I explained I have certain anxieties and I would feel more comfortable with the larger stall with an indoor mirror. However on one occasion I was denied - just bluntly saying absolutely not those are for the “disabled” only. I asked to speak to a manager and she replied to that saying she was the manager at this location and they would never allow such a thing. This came as a surprise, considering on roughly 30 visits there was never an issue. I tried to explain the issue I have with my anxiety about the fitting rooms, and again told her if someone came that needed it I would get out right away, and all she could say was that “isn’t her problem.” I couldn’t believe this was coming from a manager’s mouth. I left without purchasing anything as there was no way I’m trying things on in public like that. I’ve been back regularly since that occasion and while the customer service isn’t the worst, additional training with staff to work on customer service skills and sensitivity training would be highly recommended. As well as simply removing the mirrors from the outside of the doors and putting them on the inside of the fitting rooms - as literally every other store in Canada does.
