Vogue Optical

I do not normally post reviews, but after the exceptional service I received last night at Vogue by the manager Karen, I thought I would share my experience for others.

I live in the states and I am here on a business trip and during a dinner meeting I accidentally sat on my glasses. They were completely bent out of shape and unwearable and somehow I lost a nose pad as well. I knew there was a mall nearby so I headed over to Oakville place in hopes of finding an optical store or optometrist to help me.
I found Vogue Optical and walked in and I was immediately greeted by Karen. She proceeded to ask me if I needed any assistance and I showed her the glasses and told her what happened. She was very sympathetic to my situation and said she would do her very best to fix them. She did just that. Service with a smile. I asked her what I owe. She said nothing, but on one condition. The next time I am in town I get my next pair of glasses from there. Deal!

It was a very pleasant experience. I was stressed out that I wouldn't be able to get my glasses repairs right away, as it was already almost 8pm and I had an early morning meeting that I would need my glasses for. I really can not function properly without them and I had no backup.
Thank you Vogue Optical for coming through. I will be returning in a few months to see Karen again for my optical needs.

I went to them back in 2016 when they were still iVision and then continued until 2017. They had superb customer service and seemed to really care about what the customer wants rather than pushing products.

Amazing service. Great selection of designer frames. My brother and I took advantage of their 2 for 1 deal and I'm so happy with what I got. In less than an hour I walked out with a beautiful pair of Michael Kors glasses. I had lots of questions and the staff took their time explaining my lens options and helping me understand what my prescription means. 5/5
