(February 4, 2019, 1:49 pm)I started in September and I have done fitness, boxing and stretch. I am also doing the nutrition component. The classes are fun and always different. The staff are amazing. The small environment is always upbeat and positive. I can't say enough!!!!

A wide-variety of classes from Stretch, Functional Fitness and even Boxing! I've be going here for almost a year and their programs are fun & effective! A++
