I have recently ordered a delivery of masala dosa, mysore masala dosa & vasa sambaar from this place. At start, I was a bit afraid whether the fox will get cold by the time it reaches me but I must say that it was wonderfully packed and I am sure it was prepared when the delivery guy went there to pick up.
Everything that I ordered tasted delicious and authentic. But mysore dosa that I know of which we get in Mumbai is very different that this one. I am not very sure about how it should be but the one you get on Mumbai streets is definitely better (Can’t afford the tickets to visit Mumbai for a dosa😂😂😂).
Quantity of the food is very filling and satisfactory. I have never visited this place but I’ll surely will. Adding some videos for a better look and feel.
Have fun exploring. 😀
What an absolutely amazing experience! The service was great as Navjot our hostess guided me on what to order as this was my first experience! Melvin and Ankush are fantastic chefs! They delivered such delicious food that I cannot wait to go back again! The food we ordered was worth more than the price expected! Great price for delicious food! A must try for South Indian food!
This was my first visit. Dosa was good and crispy but there was too much salt in it. Idli was not soft, sambar and coconut chutney were more watery, the red chutney was good. Just an okay place, I guess. I had a bit more expectation!
Was excited to try out a new (to me) dosa place.
We tried the Chettinad chicken fry, Mysore masala dosa, oh my idlis, masala dosa, mango lassi and spiced buttermilk.
The Chettinad chicken was really delicious and we loved the flavors.
The idlis didn't appear to be freshly made but were very good.
One of the masala dosas was very nice and crispy the other was soft and chewy... So a bit of hit and miss there.
The mysore masala dosa was a big let down. It was burnt on one side and soggy and chewy. I wasn't able to finish it. I am yet to find a good mysore masala dosa in the GTA.
The mango lassi was fantastic. The butter milk was spicy and not to my taste buds though my wife liked it.
The chutneys that were served with the dosas were very good.
Seating is limited to 3 booths and a couple of tables.
Will definitely visit again to try out the rotis which seemed to be more popular than their dosas.
